| Most payments to Sorted Spain can be made securely with credit card via PayPal. Remember you do not have to have a PayPal account in
order to pay by credit card. Subscriptions services are only
available via PayPal or Standing Order from your bank. When you access your Sorted Spain account, you can click on the link on your invoices to make a payment immediately and hopefully without pain. When your account is set-up, you will be
given a login to the billing side of Sorted Spain. From there you can
print off invoices and manage various aspects of your projects, as well
as view SEO reports and visitor data. When to pay. For the sake of
ABSOLUTE CLARITY here it is again! A payment has to be made before ANY work can
begin. If you haven't paid anything, nothing will happen. For web design projects you will be given a quotation
and asked to pay a 20% deposit or 120 Euros + IVA (whichever is the
greater). You will be given a delivery date for the outline
design. When you accept the quotation, an invoice will be raised and a payment become due. From this point onwards, you will
still be liable for all work that has been completed on your behalf,
EVEN IF THE WORK HAS NOT PUBLISHED! When the
design is presented, you will be asked to pay 50% of the remaining
balance. After any agreed revisions have been made AND the REMAINING
BALANCE PAID IN FULL, the site can be published. When
will the site be visible to the public (Published)? The site or revisions will only be published (visible
to the public and search engines) when the account is paid in
full. There are no exceptions. Don't forget that it can take
up to 48 hours for the Domain Name Server (DNS) to be correctly pointed to your new site. During this time the website will remain
invisible to the public and search engines, even after payment has been
received. If you are in a hurry, you should pay the balance as soon as
possible. Can I keep requesting revisions so that I
never have to pay the balance on my published site? Your quotation provides for a maximum of 2 hours worth of revisions. Further revisions that take more time than this will be subject to additional charges at the published rate. No work can be published until the account is paid for in full. Why are so many of the services provided through Sorted Spain now only available via subscription or standing order? Simply put, I am too busy to be continually chasing up payments.
Subscriptions or Standing Orders can be cancelled, upgraded or downgraded at any time. So
it really is the best way for all if you are serious about your business. 'One off' items or extended support
will be invoiced in the normal way. Existing clients with accounts have
the option to pay at the end of the month the invoice is issued for.
Every one else will need to pay in advance. What
happens if I don't like PayPal or they will not accept my credit card? If you are unable to
pay via this method, you can set-up a Standing Order with your bank account for subscription services.
'One off' items can still be paid in cash or via bank transfer. Cheques of any kind are no longer accepted though. What
happens if you do not deliver my order when you said? This virtually never happens if your payments are up to date. In all other cases, you may have a long wait. |
