With our unique Intelisearch ™ system, the database is always up to date. We achieve this using automated contact reporting so that sellers are reminded at intervals of the details you have on file. Along with the statistics package than can quickly see the level of interest in their property. How good is that! If your competition does not do this, you will already be leagues ahead.
Clients can order their results. Simply by clicking on the headers at the top of each column, you can choose to have the results displayed by property type, price order, size or location.
In the set-up menu it is possible to elect how many results are shown per page. This is a great advantage, especially if there are over 50 or more matching results. Photos can be easily viewed without leaving the details page.
Larger pictures and improved image handling
Are your visitors tired of squinting a little images of your properties? It is one of the things I can't stand about some of the modern property portals. Most people are not going buy a property that presents fuzzy images the size of postage stamp. Our widescreen version now shows high definition images of property and yet the search runs faster than it ever did. A quick tip. Do yourself a favour and exclude images that people really don't want to see. No washing up in the sink, unmade beds or damp patches on the bathroom ceiling -please!!!
Manage enquiries effectively:
The property details page has an easy to use enquiry form so that users do not need to leave the page in order to find out more. Once the form has been submitted, customers are greeted by a personalised ‘thank-you’ page. This has an image of the property they are enquiring about, an image of the member of staff who will be dealing with it (optional but strongly recommended), a reminder of opening hours and contact details. Our enquiry forms also include advanced validation to verify the email address and user data.
Active response:
We know that visitors to your site like an immediate response. All enquiries and activity information are forwarded to you instantly. Intelisearch ™ subscribers will automatically have this information stored in a secure database. They will then be able to add clients, (who have opted in) to the automated news letter service as well as send auto alerts the minute new properties are added (from any branch) which match the client's enquiry.

Our Estate Agent software has a unique back office management tool. Subscribers can quickly log on to our secure server which is at the heart of the system administration. If all that were not enough Intelisearch™ helps keep your property portfolio up to date by regularly contacting the owners, (you choose the interval) and prompting them to check their details on file. When you add a property the system records the date and also keeps track of when the property details were last updated. This allows the database to show the most up to date details first in the list. You will never again lose a sale because the price has been lowered without your knowledge. By automating the updating of your database you keep your listing current.
Visitors to your site can see the latest properties added
Newly added properties show up on the homepage listing (optional) as well as featured properties selected by you. This regular updating helps to keep your site at the top of search engine listings as each time new content is added.
